2. Stuff your bra with leaves from the head of a cabbage when your breasts feel tender and painful. 

3. Brew some tea from red raspberry, and drink it everyday. Red raspberry tea is rich in anti-oxidants and helps prevent cancer.


Diet for Breast Care
Foods with good quantities of roughage, like whole cereals and green vegetables help to maintain estrogen levels. Estrogen is an important female hormone which can help prevent breast cancer. Foods with antioxidants, like tomatoes and green tea are also essential for preventing cancer.

Other suggestions for Breast Care
Problems of the breasts, like soreness, lumps, and other malformations or abnormalities should be discussed with a doctor as soon as these are observed. You can have a monthly self-examination to keep checking for appearance of any lumps.
